COVID-19 Salon Policy & Client Information
In light of the current situation regarding Covid-19, recent UK Government guidelines and our own Risk Assessment, we have had to put in place some stringent rules to ensure that we all stay safe. To relieve any worries you may have, we want you to know that we have tightened our already strict hygiene policies and performed the necessary risk assessments. All treatment rooms and any associated areas will be thoroughly cleaned with a medical grade disinfectant after each client. Most items we will be using will be disposable, those that are not, will be disinfected between every appointment.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 2 weeks. These are:- a high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Reference to, (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/). Also, please do not attend your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone who has had these symptoms in the last 2 weeks.
24 hours before your appointment (as of 19th July 2021 - these forms will no be used)
When you make a booking with us, you will be sent a link via Text or Email, to an online Covid-19 Client Questionnaire/Consent Form.

24 hours before your appointment, please complete and return this to us.
Unfortunately, your treatment cannot take place until we receive this.
Attending your Appointment
Please be patient with us. For now, this is the new normal but we have tried our best to ensure that the Salon feels as welcoming and relaxing as ever, whilst providing a safe environment for all.
